At Maserati Store, we are committed to ensuring your complete satisfaction with our luxury fashion collections. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, you may return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log in to your account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Secure Packaging

  Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags, authenticity cards, and protective seals are intact to qualify for a full refund.

• 3.
  Affix Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided in your confirmation email and attach it securely to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Processing and Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects the returned goods, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.
